The author considers measures of asymmetry for convex planar domains of constant width. There are some known measures of asymmetry for constant width domains showing that Reuleaux triangles are the most asymmetric among them. One of these measures is based on the ratio of the lengths of the arcs determined by the diameters of the domain. For this measure, the author proves that among Reuleaux triangles of order \(n\) (\(n\) odd and bigger than 3), the regular one is the most symmetric. As a corollary of his result, the author re-obtains the fact that the Reuleaux triangle is the most asymmetric convex domain of constant width.
