If \(S\) is a simply connected smooth compact manifold and \(M=T^*S\) is its cotangent bundle with its canonical symplectic structure, then the zero section of \(S\) is a Lagrangian submanifold that is equipped with a brane structure, that is, a structure with an orientation, a spin structure, and equipped with a grading defined by \textit{P.~Seidel} in [Bull. Soc. Math. Fr. 128, No. 1, 103--149 (2000; Zbl 0992.53059)]. For a coefficient field \(\mathbb K\), Lagrangian Floer theory defines \(\mathbb Z\)-graded \(A_\infty\)-algebras \({\mathcal A}=\text{CF}^*(S,S)\) and \({\mathcal B}=\text{CW}^*(L,L)\) over \(\mathbb K\). The manifold \(S\) is an object of the Fukaya category \({\mathcal F}(M)\) of closed exact Lagrangian branes in the Liouville manifold \(M\), and the endomorphisms of the object \(S\) are given by the Fukaya-Floer algebra \({\mathcal A}\). On the other hand, \(L\) is an object of the wrapped Fukaya category \({\mathcal W}\) of \(M\) and the endomorphisms of the object \(L\) in this category are given by the wrapped Floer cochain complex \({\mathcal B}\). There is an isomorphism between \(\text{hom}_{{\mathcal A}}(\mathbb K,\mathbb K)\) and \(\text{hom}_{{\mathcal B}}(\mathbb K,\mathbb K)\) called Koszul duality, where \(K\) is the right \(A_\infty\)-module. In this paper, the authors study symplectic invariants of an open symplectic manifold \(X_\Gamma\) obtained by plumbings of \(T^*S^2\) according to a plumbing tree \(\Gamma\). For any tree \(\Gamma\), the authors calculate differential graded algebra models of the Fukaya category \({\mathcal F}(X_\Gamma)\) of closed exact Lagrangians in \(X_\Gamma\) and the wrapped Fukaya category \({\mathcal W}(X_\Gamma)\). When \(\Gamma\) is a Dynkin tree of type \(A_n\) or \(D_n\), the authors prove that these models for the Fukaya category \({\mathcal F}(X_\Gamma)\) and \({\mathcal W}(X_\Gamma)\) are related by Koszul duality. As an application, they give explicit computations of symplectic cohomology of \(X_\Gamma\) for \(\Gamma=A_n\), \(D_n\).
