On local combinatorial formulas for Chern classes of a triangulated circle bundle (Q2406887)

The authors start the paper with a note that, after submitting, they discovered that the main computation in Sections 5 and 6 is equivalent to the computation in Sections 1 and 2 of \textit{K. Igusa} [Algebr. Geom. Topol. 4, 473--520 (2004; Zbl 1072.57013)]. But still, they have an accent on the geometry and combinatorics of triangulations. The main result is Theorem 4.1: rational simplicial local formulas for Chern classes of circle bundles are expressed through the rational parities of necklaces, associated with elementary simplicial circle bundles.
