The authors consider a class of complex Finsler metrics of the form \[ F(z,v)=\sqrt{r\phi (t,s),} \leqno{(\ast)} \] where \(\phi (t,s):[0,+\infty )\times [ 0,+\infty )\rightarrow (0,+\infty )\) is a smooth function of \(t\) and \(s\). They prove that a complex Finsler metric is a complex Berwald metric (resp. weakly complex Berwald metric) if and only if their connection coefficients \(\Gamma _{j,k}^{i}(z,v)\) (resp. \(G_{jk}^{i}(z,v)\)) are holomorphic with respect to the fiber coordinates \(v\). Introducing a well-defined complex vertical \((1,1)\)-form \(T\), the following results are obtained: {\parindent=0.5cm \begin{itemize}\item[i)] A weakly Kähler Finsler metric is a Kähler Finsler metric if and only if \(T\equiv 0\). \item[ii)] A weakly complex Berwald metric is a weakly Kähler Finsler metric if and only if it is a Kähler Finsler metric. \end{itemize}} Next, the Chern-Finsler nonlinear connection coefficients \(\Gamma _{;k}^i\) of the general complex \((\alpha,\beta)\)-metric \((\ast)\) are given (Theorem 4.4). The holomorphic curvature of the general complex \((\alpha,\beta)\)-metric is derived and a necessary and sufficient condition for these metrics to be weakly Kähler Finsler metric is obtained. Finally, considering complex \((\alpha,\beta)\)-metrics with \(\beta\)-holomorphic forms \(F=\sqrt{r\phi (s)}\), necessary and sufficient conditions for these metrics to be weakly complex Berwald metrics, complex Berwald metrics and Kähler Finsler metrics are obtained, respectively. Examples of strongly pseudoconvex complex Finsler metrics whose holomorphic curvatures are equal to zero and bounded below by a positive constant are given.
