A note on families of monogenic number fields (Q2413593)

The paper contributes to obtain families of monogenic number fields with prescribed Galois groups. First, the author gives an effective sufficient criterion for specializations of certain families of polynomials with Galois group \(G\) over \(\mathbb Q(T)\) to yield monogenic number fields with Galois group \(G\) over \(\mathbb Q\), for infinitely many \(t_ 0\in\mathbb Z\). Then, he applies his result for known Galois realizations over \(\mathbb Q(T)\) of the groups \(\mathrm{PGL}_2(7)\), \(\mathrm{AGL}_3(2)\) and \(\mathrm{PSL}_2(11)\) [\textit{G. Malle}, J. Symb. Comput. 30, No. 6, 717--731 (2000; Zbl 0967.12005)] to obtain infinitely many monogenic number fields with Galois groups \(\mathrm{PGL}_2(7)\), \(\mathrm{AGL}_3(2)\) and \(\mathrm{PSL}_2(11)\) over \(\mathbb Q\).
