Wavelet frames related to Walsh functions (Q2419698)

Three types of compactly supported wavelet (Parseval) frames associated with Walsh functions are characterized, namely MRA-based tight frames, frames obtained from the Daubechies-type `admissible condition', and frames based on the Walsh-Parseval type kernels. It is also discussed how wavelets and frames can be parametrized. The paper is well organized and well written. All the necessary notions are introduced and clearly explained. There are many literature references.
