Let $X,Y$ be locally compact spaces, let $E$ be a finite-dimensional real Hilbert space of dimension at least $2$. Let $C_0(E,X)$ denote the space of $E$-valued continuous functions, vanishing at infinity, equipped with the supremum norm. Let $T:C_0(X,E) \rightarrow C_0(Y,E)$ be a linear surjective isomorphism. The authors have, in a series of articles, been exploring upper bounds for $\|T\|\|T^{-1}\|$ to lead to the Banach-Stone-type conclusion that $X,Y$ are homeomorphic. \par In this interesting paper, the authors define the notion of a Cambern constant ($>\sqrt{2}$, depending on the dimension) and show that, if $M>0$ is such that $M^2$is a Cambern constant, then $\frac{1}{M}\|f\| \leq \|T(f)\|\leq M\|f\|$ for all $f \in C_0(X,E)$ will imply that $X,Y$ are homeomorphic.
