The authors consider plane curve singularities, i.e. germs of analytic functions $f:(\mathbb{C}^2,0)\rightarrow (\mathbb{C},0)$ such that $0$ is the only solution to the system of equations $f(x,y)=\| \nabla f(x,y)\| =0$. A deformation of $f$ is an analytic function $F:(\mathbb{C}^3,0)\rightarrow \mathbb{C}$ such that $F(0,.)=f$ and $F(t,.)$ is an isolated singularity for any $t$ small enough. The Milnor number $\mu (f)$ of an isolated singularity $f$ is the multiplicity of $\nabla f$ at zero. The authors show what the possible Milnor numbers of deformations of semi-quasi-homogeneous isolated plane curve singularities are. Namely, $f$ is assumed irreducible, so one can write $f=\sum _{q\alpha +p\beta \geq pq}c_{\alpha \beta}x^{\alpha}y^{\beta}$, where $c_{p0}c_{0q}\neq 0$, $2$ $\leq$ $p$ $<$ $q$ and $p$, $q$ are coprime. Then the Milnor numbers of the deformations of $f$ can attain all numbers from $\mu (f)$ to $\mu (f)-r(p-r)$, where $q\equiv r($mod $p)$. The authors provide an algorithm producing the desired deformations.
