The author proves that any associative algebra \(A(.)\) without second order nilpotents on which a special commutative group \(G(.)\) of order 16 acts faithfully as a group of involutive automorphisms and anti-automorphisms on itself, is necessarily a \(\mathcal C \mathcal L _{0,3}\) algebra.
