The Galilei-covariant fermionic field theories are quantized by using the path-integral method of quantization and 5-dimensional Lorentz-like covariant expression of non-relativistic field equations. Mathematical instruments include Galilean Dirac equation, Lévy-Leblond equation, Galilean generating functional and Green's functions for positive- and negative-energy solutions. As an example of interactions, the quartic self-interacting potential \(\lambda(\overline{\Psi}\Psi)^2\) is considered.
