Let \(X \to B\) be a holomorphic symplectic fourfold fibered by Lagrangian abelian surfaces. We can consider its compactified relative Picard scheme \(P\), which is fibered over \(B\) and admits a section. We regard \(P\) as the dual fibration and we consider \(X^0\), the double dual fibration. Remark that \(X\) and \(X^0\) are locally isomorphic as fibrations over \(B\), but the latter fibration admits a section, while the first one does not. Moreover, \(X\) is a torsor over \(X^0\) and then it corresponds to a gerbe \(\beta\) in \(H^2(P, {\mathcal O}^*)\). In this paper, the author proves the existence of a one-parameter family of Lagrangian fibrations connecting \(X\) and \(X^0\). This is done by analyzing the space \(H^2(P, {\mathcal O}^*)\) of gerbes on \(P\). A similar problem in the case of elliptic \(K3\) surfaces and elliptic Calabi-Yau threefolds was studied by \textit{A. Caldararu} [Int. Math. Res. Not. 2002, No. 20, 1027--1056 (2002; Zbl 1057.14020); J. Reine Angew. Math. 544, 161--179 (2002; Zbl 0995.14012)]. In that frame, an equivalence btween the twisted derived category of the fibration and the derived category of its dual was established. Then the dual fibration can be seen as a nonfine moduli space of sheaves on the elliptic fibration. The author performs a similar construction in this case, defining a Fourier-Mukai transform between the derived category of \(\beta^{-1}\)-twisted coherent sheaves on \(X\) and the derived category of coherent sheaves on \(P\). As a corollary, the Fourier-Mukai transform for abelian surfaces is extended to degenerations of abelian surfaces.
