Let \(k\) be a field of characteristic 0 with algebraic closure \(\overline{k}\) and absolute Galois group \(\Gamma _{k}\). The aim of this paper is to study the Brauer group of a homogeneous space \(X\) of an algebraic connected (not necessarily linear) group \(G\) over \(k\) with connected stabilizers. Let \(T\) be any scheme over \(k\) then we denote by \(\overline{T}\) the scheme \(T\times_{k}\overline{k}\). Let us fix a closed point \(\overline{x}\in \overline{X}(\overline{k})\); it defines a \(\overline{k}\)-morphism \(\pi:\overline{G}\to \overline{X}\). The paper under review studies the group \(\mathrm{Br}_a(X,G)\) defined as the quotient of \[ \begin{tikzcd}[column sep=large] \ker(\mathrm{Br}(X)\rar & \mathrm{Br}(\overline{X})\rar["\pi^*"] & \mathrm{Br}(\overline{G}))\end{tikzcd} \] by \(\mathrm{Br}(k)\) describing it as the kernel of a morphism involving a hypercohomology group of a complex of \(\Gamma_k\)-modules thus generalizing and unifying results contained in [\textit{J.-J. Sansuc}, J. Reine Angew. Math. 327, 12--80 (1981; Zbl 0468.14007)] and the more recent works [\textit{M. V. Borovoi} and \textit{J. van Hamel}, J. Reine Angew. Math. 627, 53--82 (2009; Zbl 1170.14015); C. R. Math. Acad. Sci. Paris 342, No. 9, 671--674 (2006; Zbl 1107.14034); Transform. Groups 17, No. 1, 51--86 (2012; Zbl 1252.14030)] and [\textit{D. Harari} and \textit{T. Szamuely}, Duke Math. J. 143, No. 3, 531--557 (2008; Zbl 1155.14020)]. In \S 3 the general theory is used to study the algebraic Brauer group of a torsor, defined over \(k\), under the action of a connected linear group thus generalizing previous results due to Sansuc.
