The author studies the spectrum of a perturbed matrix valued non-selfdadjoint operator on the circle. The perturbation is a lower order random differential operator, normally distributed. The main results are the following: (1) in the semiclassical limit, the spectrum of the perturbed operator inside a subdomain of the pseudospectrum is discrete with probability close to 1 and obeys the Weyl law; (2) in the non-semiclassical case, the distribution of the large eigenvalues of the perturbed operator almost surely obeys the Weyl law.
