Recall that a space \(X\) is an (F) space provided that to each \(x\in X\) there is assigned a family \(\mathcal W(x)\) of subsets of \(X\) such that \(x\in W\) whenever \(W\in\mathcal W(x)\) and for each open \(U\subset X\) and each \(x\in U\) there is an open \(V\subset X\) containing \(x\) such that for each \(y\in V\) there is \(W\in\mathcal W(y)\) with \(x\in W\subset U\). If, further, each family \(\mathcal W(x)\) can be chosen so as to be well-ordered with respect to \(\supset\) then \(X\) is a well-ordered (F) space. \((X,\mathcal T)\) is a D-space if for each \(\varphi \colon X\to\mathcal T\) with \(x\in\varphi(x)\), there is closed discrete \(D\subset X\) such that \(\{\varphi(d) \mid d\in D\}\) covers \(X\). The title states the main result.
