Smoothness of holonomy covers for singular foliations and essential isotropy (Q2435107)

The authors prove some smoothness results about the holonomy groupoid of a singular foliation. The main result is about the stability of the foliation around a compact leaf and its relation with the dynamics of the foliation: the authors generalize the so called `local Reeb stability theorem' to the singular case. The authors also explain the relation between the smoothness of the holonomy cover and the stability around a compact leaf.
