This article is about the following classical question \(\bullet\) let \(\pi: X\to\Delta\) be a complex analytic family of compact complex manifolds parametrized by an open disc with center \(0\) such that for \(t\neq 0\) the manifold \(X_t\) is projective. Is \(X_0\) a Moishezon manifold? This question is solved in two cases: 1. When the hodge numbers \(h^{0,1}(t)\) are assumed to be independent of \(t\in\Delta\). 2. When the central fiber \(X_0\) carries a strongly Gauduchon metric. In both cases the technic of proof is to produce a Kähler current on \(X_0\) inside an suitable integral cohomology class in \(H^2(X_0,\mathbb{Z})\). As a corollary of the case 1, the question is solved in general in the surface case.
