In this paper, functional identities are studied in the setting of (associative) superalgebras, assuming \(2\) is invertible in the ground ring of scalars \(\Phi\). The key concepts used are those of \textit{\(d\)-superfree sets} and \textit{superquasi-polynomials}. (See the monograph ``Functional identities''. Frontiers in Mathematics. Basel: Birkhäuser (2007; Zbl 1132.16001) by \textit{M. Brešar, M. A. Chebotar} and \textit{W. S. Martindale} III for the ungraded setting.) The main results assert that a prime superalgebra \(A\) such that the degree of the odd part is \(\geq 2d+1\) is \(d\)-superfree, and a prime superalgebra with superinvolution such that the degree of the subset of the odd symmetric and skew-symmetric elements is \(\geq 4d+5\) satisfies that the subspaces of the symmetric and of the skew-symmetric elements are \(d\)-superfree. Moreover, if \(Q\) is a unital \(\Phi\)-superalgebra with supercenter \(Z=\{x\in Q:[x,Q]=0\}\) (where \([x,y]=xy-(-1)^{xy}yx\) for homogeneous elements), if \(R\) is a graded \(\Phi\)-submodule of \(Q\) and \(f\colon R\to Q\) is a \(\Phi\)-linear map such that \(ad_x^kf(x)=0\) for any \(x\in R\), and if \(R\) is \((k+1)\)-superfree, then \(f(R)\) is contained in \(Z\).
