The authors study a birational classification of non-commutative projective surfaces. They introduce a method for constructing morphisms \(f: X\to Y\) from a quasi-scheme \(Y\) to a commutative projective curve \(X\). Conditions under which an analog of the Fourier-Mukai transform for quasi-schemes is not only left, but also right exact are studied. \(K\)-negative curves with self-intersection zero on a smooth projective surface are considered. Analogues of the extremal contraction of them are constructed using Artin-Zhang's abstract Hilbert schemes. Particularly, non-commutative ruled surfaces and non-commutative \(\mathbb{P}^1\)-bundles are analysed as examples of this theory. The authors have proved that non-commutative \(\mathbb{P}^1\)-bundles are smooth, that their Hilbert schemes are well-behaved. Their Serre functor is computed as well. It is demonstrated that non-commutative ruled surfaces provide examples of non-commutative Mori contractions.
