In this article is considered the following weakly damped wave equation \[ \begin{cases} u_{tt}+u_t-\Delta u+\phi(u)=0, &(x, t)\in \Omega \times \mathbb R^+,\\ u=0, &(x, t)\in \partial\Omega\times \mathbb R^+,\\ u(x, 0)=u_0(x),\quad u_t(x, 0)=u_1(x), &x\in \Omega,\end{cases} \] where \(\Omega\subset \mathbb R^3\) is a bounded domain with smooth boundary \(\partial\Omega\), \(\phi\in {\mathcal C}(\mathbb R)\) and \(\phi(s)=s^3-\beta|s|^{\gamma}s\), here \(\beta\) is a parameter, \(0<\gamma<2\). The authors investigate some properties of the global attractor and the authors establish the existence of multiple equilibrium points of the global attractor. Also, in the paper is proved that there exist some trajectories of the stable manifold of the trivial fixed point \(0\) in the global attractor. The authors prove that the small neighborhood of the origin is an attracting domain which is used to be obtained the existence of multiple equilibrium points in the global attractor.
