On compact \(H\)-hypersurfaces of \(N \times \mathbb{R}\) (Q2454823)

For the set of all closed hypersurfaces immersed into a complete Riemannian manifold a new invariant was suggested by \textit{H. Rosenberg} [First Meeting in Differential Geometry of UFRJ, Rio de Janeiro (2005)]. In this paper, a lower bound estimation for the Rosenberg invariant as well as for the mean curvature of the immersed H-hypersurfaces is established. Thus, in particular, the authors give an affirmative answer to a question of Rosenberg. They also obtain a lower bound for the extrinsic radius, and deduce a version of a Frankel-type intersection theorem.
