The boundary value problem is studied for the case of the stationary motion of a viscous conducting fluid subjected to electric and magnetic field. The relevant equations are the stationary Maxwell equations without displacement current, the generalized Ohm's law and the stationary Navier-Stokes equations. The fluid is incompressible, the material parameters are constant. The aim is to prove the global solvability theorem and the uniqueness of the weak solution.
