The paper deals with the differential inclusion \[ \overset{\cdot}{x}\left( t\right) \in F\left( t,x\left( t\right) \right) \text{ a.e. }t\in\left[ 0,1\right],\quad x\left( 0\right) =x_{0}\in H, \] where \(H\) is a Hilbert space and \(F\) is a set-valued mapping with nonempty compact values. The authors study the discrete approximations of this differential inclusion and a certain dynamic optimization problem. The function \(F\) is supposed to be modified one-sided Lipschitzian in \(x.\) The results are new both in finite and infinite dimensional Hilbert spaces.
