Let \(T\) be an affine torus over an algebraically closed field \(K\) of characteristic \(0\). For a \(T\)-variety \(X\) one considers divisors \(\mathcal S\) on its \textit{Chow quotient}, but with special coefficients: polyhedra if \(X\) is affine and polyhedral subdivisions of a certain space in general. Such ``divisors'' are called ``fansy'' (from ``fan''). The main result is Theorem 5.4 which gives a description of a projective \(T\)-variety by means of a certain fansy divisor. As an application (Theorem 4.2) the Grassmann variety Grass(\(2,n\)) is presented as a fansy divisor on the moduli space \(\overline{M}_{0,n}\) of stable rational curves with \(n\) marked points.
