The authors compare two arbitrary dynamics, described by nonautonomous equations \(x'=A(t)x+f(t,x)\) and \(y'=B(t)y+g(t,y)\) with associated linearizations \(x'=A(t)x\) and \(y'=B(t)y\) having the same number of positive and negative necessary not coinciding Lyapounov exponents, with the question whether these dynamics are topologically conjugated. For the case of linear equations such conjugacies are described explicitly. In the case of nonlinear equations the topological conjugacies are given by the appropriate Grobman-Hartman theorem in the Hölder continuous category. The Hölder exponents of the conjugacies are characterized in terms of the Lyapounov exponents or equivalently of the exponential growth rates in the notions of exponential contraction and exponential dichotomy.
