Using the well-known fact that the topological dual of a countable reduced projective limit \(\lim_{\leftarrow n}E_n\) of normed spaces \(E_n\) can be represented as an inductive limit \(\lim_{n\to}E_n'\), the author derives a representation for the topological dual of the space \({\mathcal N}{\mathcal H}^1_M(D)\), where \(D\) is a Smirnov domain with rectifiable boundary, \(M\) is a suitable subset of \(\partial D\) and \({\mathcal N}{\mathcal H}^1_M(D)\) denotes the Hardy class \({\mathcal H}^1\) near \(M\). Also, an extremal problem for the dual of \({\mathcal N}{\mathcal H}^1_M(D)\) is solved.
