    For a multi-index \(\alpha = (\alpha_1, \dots, \alpha_n)\), let \((\partial\xi)^\alpha\) denote the differential operator \((\partial/\partial\xi_1)^{\alpha_1}\dots (\partial/\partial\xi_n)^{\alpha_n}\) of order \(|\alpha| = \alpha_1+\dots+\alpha_n\). Considering \(r>0\) and \(\delta \leq 1\), assume that \[ \begin{aligned} &| (\partial{\xi})^{\alpha} (\partial{x})^{\beta} \sigma(x, \xi) | \leq C {( 1 + | \xi | )}^{- | \alpha | + \delta |\beta|} \quad \text{for}\quad |\alpha| \leq N, \quad |\beta| < r; \\ &|( (\partial{\xi})^{\alpha} (\partial x)^\beta \sigma)(x+y, \xi) - ((\partial{\xi})^{\alpha} (\partial x)^\beta \sigma)(x, \xi)| \leq C {| y|}^{r-[r]} (1 + | \xi |)^{- | \alpha | + \delta r}\\ &\qquad\qquad\qquad\qquad\qquad\qquad\qquad\qquad\qquad\quad \text{for}\quad |\alpha| \leq N,\quad |\beta| = [r], \end{aligned} \] where \(N\) is an even integer greater than \(3n/2 + 1\) (and \([a]\) denotes the integer such that \(a-1<[a]\leq a\)). The paper under review considers the above conditions for the case when \(r\) is not an integer, and presents a generalization of the results of \textit{G.\,Bourdaud} [Commun.\ Partial Differ.\ Equations 7, 1023--1033 (1982; Zbl 0499.35097)] to weighted (inhomogeneous) Triebel--Lizorkin spaces. Consequently, considering the pseudo-differential operator defined by \[ T_\sigma(f)(x) = \int_{\mathbb R^n}\sigma (x,\xi)\widehat{f}(\xi) e^{2\pi i (x, \xi)} \,d \xi, \] where \(\widehat{f}\) denotes the Fourier transform of the element \(f\) in the Schwartz space, different conditions are exhibited on \(\sigma\) under which: {\parindent=5,5mm \begin{itemize}\item[(i)] \(T_\sigma\) is bounded on weighted Triebel--Lizorkin spaces; \item[(ii)] \(T_\sigma\) is bounded on weighted Besov spaces.\end{itemize}}
