    \textit{R. R.Coifman} and \textit{Y. Meyer} [Au dela des opérateurs pseudo-différentiels.; Astérisque 57 (1978; Zbl 0483.35082)] considered the following classes of symbols of pseudo-differential operators. We say \(\sigma (x, \xi) \in \sum_{\omega}\) if \(\sigma\) satisfies the conditions. \[ \begin{aligned} &| \partial_{\xi}^{\alpha}(x, \xi) | \leq C_{\alpha} ( 1 + | \xi | )^{- | \alpha |}, \tag{1} \\ &| \partial_{\xi}^{\alpha}(x+y, \xi) - \partial_{\xi}^{\alpha}(x, \xi) | \leq C_{\alpha} \omega(| y | ) (1 + | \xi |)^{- | \alpha |} \quad \text{where}\quad \sum_{0}^{\infty} \omega(2^{-j})^2 < \infty. \tag{2} \end{aligned} \] They proved that if \(\sigma (x, \xi) \in \sum_{\omega}\) then the pseudo-differential operator \[ \sigma (x,D)f(x) = \int_{\mathbb{R}^n}\sigma (x,\xi)\widehat{f}(\xi) e^{2\pi i (x, \xi)} \,d \xi \] is bounded on \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^n) \;(1<p< \infty )\) and bounded from \(H^1(\mathbb R^n)\) to \(L^1(\mathbb R^n)\). \textit{K. Yabuta} [Bull. Fac. Sci., Ibaraki Univ., Ser. A 21, 1--7 (1989; Zbl 0685.35109)] obtained weighted estimates for PDO. Instead of (2), the author considers the condition: \[ | \partial_{\xi}^{\alpha}(x+y, \xi) - \partial_{\xi}^{\alpha}(x, \xi) | \leq C_{\alpha} \omega(1 + | \xi | ,| y | ) (1 + | \xi |)^{- | \alpha |}, \tag \(2'\) \] where \(\sum_{0}^{\infty} \omega(2^j, 2^{-j})^2 < \infty\) and \(\omega\) satisfies some additional conditions. He proves the following theorem: If \(\sigma\) satisfies (1) and \((2')\) then \(\sigma(x,D)\) is bounded on \(L^2_{w}(\mathbb R^n)\) and bounded from \(L^1_w(\mathbb R^n)\) to \(L^{1, \infty}_w(\mathbb R^n)\) and \(H^1_w(\mathbb R^n)\) to \(L^1_w(\mathbb R^n)\), where \(w\) belongs to Muckenhoupt's \(A_1\) class. Taking \(\omega (s,t) =s^{\delta}t\) we obtain Yabuta's results.
