    Let \(f\) be a holomorphic function in the unit disc \(D=\{z:| z| <1\}\), and denote \(\tilde{\nabla}f(z)=f'(z)(1-| z| ^2)\) for \(z\in D\). Let \(0<p<\infty\) and \(0\leq\alpha<\infty\) such that \(p-\alpha>-2\). A locally integrable function \(\omega:D\to[0,\infty)\) is called a secure weight if there exists \(r_s\in(0,1)\) such that \(\omega(z)=\omega(| z| )\), \(\omega(r)\) is almost monotone, \(\omega(r)\approx\omega((1+r)/2)\) and \(\int_r^1\omega(\rho)d\rho\approx\omega(r)(1-r)\) for all \(| z| =r\in[r_s,1)\). The main result of the paper under review states that for every such \(\omega\) the conditions \[ \begin{aligned} A(f)&=\int_{D}| f(z)| ^p\omega(z)dA(z)<\infty,\\ B(f)&=\int_{D}| f(z)| ^{p-\alpha}| \tilde{\nabla}f(z)| ^\alpha\omega(z)dA(z)<\infty\end{aligned} \] and \[ C(f)=\int_0^1\left(\int_0^{2\pi}| f(re^{i\theta})| ^pd\theta\right)^{1-\alpha/p}\left(\int_0^{2\pi} | \tilde{\nabla}f(re^{i\theta})| ^pd\theta\right)^{\alpha/p}\omega(r)rdr<\infty \] are equivalent, and if in addition \(f(0)=0\), \(\omega\) is monotone and \(r_s=0\), then \(A(f)\approx B(f)\approx C(f)\).
