A class of left conjugacy closed loops with operation \((a,x)(b,y)=(a+(1-s+st^x)b,x+y)\), where \(s\) and \(t\) are parameters, is defined on \(\mathbb{Z}_m\times\mathbb{Z}_k\). Classes of loops which are isomorphic or isotopic to the loops introduced are described. Various properties of such loops are found.
