On the essential commutant of Toeplitz operators in several complex variables (Q2480704)

Using a different approach from the one given by \textit{J.--B.\thinspace Xia} [Can.\ Math.\ Bull.\ 45, No.\,2, 309--318 (2002; Zbl 1034.47007)] in one dimension, the author generalizes Xia's result to Toeplitz operators in higher dimensions. This result is stronger than the well-known result stating that the essential commutant of the full Toeplitz algebra \({\mathfrak{T}}\) is \({\mathfrak{T}}(QC)\).
