The authors consider a class of neutral delay difference equations of the form \[ \nabla(x_n-cx_{n-k})=-F(x_n)+G(x_{n-k}) \] where \(k>0\) is an integer, \(0<c<1\), \(\nabla\) denotes the backward difference operator, \(G\) and \(F\) are continuous, and \(F\) is nondecreasing on \(\mathbb{R}\). They prove that if \(F\) and \(G\) are comparable on \(\mathbb{R}\) (i.e., \(F(z)\geq G(z)\) for all \(z \in \mathbb{R}\) or \(F(z)\leq G(z)\) for all \(z \in \mathbb{R}\)), then every bounded solution \(\{x_n\}_{n=-k}^\infty\) converges to a constant.
