The author explicitly obtains a recursive formula for the Hurwitz number, which is defined as the number of equivalent n-simple coverings of a connected Riemann Surface with some ramification type. The author uses sypmlectic cut-and-gluing formulae of relative GW invariants to obtain his recursive formula.
