On vector fields generated by implicit differential equations (Q2487455)

The author studies singularities of square systems of implicit ordinary differential equations. He shows that compared with scalar equations new phenomena appear. The main emphasis is on the case that the Jacobian with respect to the derivatives has corank 1. Most results have already appeared in earlier works of the author.
