      The authors study the boundedness of a global solution and as well as the blow-up phenomenon in finite time to the following problem \[ \begin{aligned} & u_t =u^r(\Delta_u + af(u(x_0,t))), \quad x \in\Omega, t > 0,\\ & u(x,t) = 0,\quad x\in \partial\Omega, \quad t > 0,\\ & u(x,0) = u_0(x),\quad x\in\Omega, \end{aligned} \] where \(0 < r < 1\) and \(a > 0\) are constants, \(\Omega\subset \mathbb R^n\) is bounded domain with smooth boundary \(\partial\Omega\) and \(x_0\in\Omega\) is fixed. The main results read as follows: If \(k\leq m\), then all positive solutions exist globally in time if and only if \(\alpha\leq k\). If \(k > m\), then all positive solutions exist globally if and only if \(\alpha \leq m(k+1)/(m+1)\).
