Let \(X,X',Y\) and \(Y'\) be Banach spaces and let \(L_1: Y \rightarrow Y'\) and \(L_2:X \rightarrow X'\) be linear Fredholm operators of nonnegative index. Let \(\Omega \subset X \times Y\) and \(F: \Omega \multimap Y'\), \(G: \Omega \multimap X'\) be \(c\)-admissible multimaps, i.e., upper semicontinuous multimaps with values being continuous images of cell-like sets (this class includes multimaps with convex, contractible, \(R_\delta\) values). Developing the methods of cohomotopy theory and topological degree theory, the authors study the existence of solutions to the system of inclusions \[ L_1(y) \in F(x,y),\quad L_2(x) \in G(x,y) \] both in the finite-dimensional and infinite-dimensional cases. As application, the solvability of a mixed periodic-general boundary value problem for a system of differential inclusions is considered.
