The following Bernstein type theorems are proved for minimal \(n\)-submanifolds \(M\) in Euclidean space \(\mathbb{R}^{n+p}\) with flat normal bundle. For orthonormal vectors \(e_i\in TM\) and a unit simple \(n\)-vector \(A=a_1\wedge\dots \wedge a_n\) let \(w=\det(\langle e_i,a_j \rangle)\) and let \(v=w^{-1}\). Theorem 1: If such an \(M\) has polynomial volume growth and \(v\) for positive \(w\) has growth \(v=O (R^\mu)\), where \(0\leq\mu<1\) and \(R\) is the Euclidean distance from any point in \(M\), then \(M\) has to be an affine linear subspace. Theorem 2: Let \(M\) be such a submanifold with positive \(w\)-function. If for \(q\in [0,\sqrt{2n^{-1}})\) we have \(\lim_{R\to\infty}R^{-(2q+4)} \text{vol}(D_R)= 0\), where \(D_R\) is the compact support of \(R\), then \(M\) is flat. Theorem 3: If such an \(M\) has finite total curvature, then \(M\) is totally geodesic.
