Floer theory of Lagrangian intersections is a powerful tool in symplectic geometry. Fukaya, Oh, Ohta and Ono constructed in 2000 an \(A_{\infty}\)-algebra of a Lagrangian submanifold and Floer homology in a general setting. Next, Oh and the author described explicitly the moduli space of holomorphic discs in the case of Lagrangian torus fibers in toric Fano manifolds and this enabled them to compute Floer comology groups. The present paper is a continuation of this study. The ring structure of Floer cohomology groups of Lagrangian torus fibers in some toric Fano manifolds are computed in two different ways: a direct calculation using the classification of holomorphic discs and by using a method which appeals to an analog of divisor equation in Gromov-Witten invariants in the case of discs. Floer cohomology rings are shown to be isomorphic to Clifford algebras, whose quadratic forms are given by the Hessians of functions being the superpotentials of Landau-Ginzburg mirrors. The correspondence between higher derivatives of the superpotential of an LG mirror and higher products of the \(A_{\infty}\)-algebra of the Lagrangian submanifold is also established.
