The paper is devoted to the proof of the following results: Proposition 1. Let \(J\) be an almost complex structure of class \(C^1\) defined in a neighborhood \(V\) of \(0\) in \(\mathbb{R}^{2n}\). If \(N\) is a \(C^2\)-regular \(J\)-holomorphic submanifold of \(V\), there exists a \(J\)-plurisubharmonic function \(u\) defined near \(0\) such that \(u= -\infty\) on \(N\) and off \(N\) \(u\) is of class \(C^2\). Propositions 2. Let \((M,J)\) be an almost complex manifold, \(J\in C^1\). Let \(N\) be a \(C^2\)-regular \(J\)-holomorphic submanifold of \(M\). Assume that there exists a \(C^2\) strictly plurisubharmonic exhaustion function \(\lambda\) on \(N\). Then there exists a \(J\)-plurisubharmonic function \(u\) defined in a neighborhood \(V\) of \(N\) that is finite and continuous on \(V\setminus N\) and that is identically \(-\infty\) on \(N\). In these statement a submanifold \(N\) is \(J\)-holomorphic if it is \(J\)-complex and \(J|_N\) is integrable.
