Quantum stochastic calculus and quantum stochastic differential equations have applications to non-equilibrium and dissipative physical systems such as the damped quantum harmonic oscillator, and the case quantum stochastic differential equations with unbounded coefficients is of particular interest in both mathematical and applied contexts. This paper provides a proof of the homomorphic property for the quantum stochastic flow of a quantum stochastic differential equation with unbounded coefficients under suitable hypotheses, including a growth condition in terms of the semigroup associated with a quantum stochastic cocycle. As applications, a Trotter product formula is derived for quantum stochastic flows, and quantum stochastic dilations are constructed for a class of quantum dynamical semigroups, generalizing results of \textit{D. Goswami} et al. [Ann. Inst. Henri Poincaré, Probab. Stat. 41, No. 3, 505--522 (2005; Zbl 1072.81038)].
