    The author considers the evolution inclusion in a separable Hilbert space \(H\) of the following form \[ -\dot{x}(t) \in \mathcal{N}_{C(t)}(x(t)) + \partial V(x(t)) + F(t,x(t)) + U(t,x(t))\,\,\text{a.e.}\,\,t \in [0,1]; \] \[ x(0) = x_0 \in C(0). \] Here \(C: [0,T] \multimap H\) is a multimap with convex closed values, \(V: H \to \mathbb{R}\) is a convex function, \(F: [0,1] \times\mathrm{dom }F(t,\cdot) \subset H \to H\) is a nonlinear map, \(U: [0,1] \times Q \multimap H,\) \(Q \subset H\), is a closed-valued multimap, and \(\mathcal{N}_C(x)\) denotes the normal cone to the set \(C\) at a point \(x.\) The existence result for the above problem is presented under assumptions on \(C(\cdot)\) more general than usual, allowing to consider the multimaps whose values are hyperplanes, half-spaces etc.
