The paper is Part II of the paper [ibid. 38, No. 3, 363--371 (2010; Zbl 1228.46065)]. Recall that using the Gelfand isomorphism, one can identify the Hausdorff topological space \(X\) with the corresponding commutative \(C^*\)-algebra \(C(X)\) of continuous complex-valued functions on \(X\); thus the entire algebraic topology can in principle be recast in terms of the \(C^*\)-algebras, not necessarily commutative. The author does such a generalization for the Serre fibrations. Roughly speaking, the main result says that in the category of non-commutative CW complexes every morphism is homotopic to a non-commutative Serre fibration. Both Parts I and II of this interesting paper are well-motivated, clearly written and can be recommended to the graduate students and faculty with the interests in non-commutative topology. A~draft of the paper is available at \url{arxiv:math/0211048}.
