This article is a contribution to the theory of the radial Komatu-Leowner equation. The authors show that there exists a unique Leowner equation with constant coefficients and continuous driving terms that generates given disjoint slits. More precisely, let \(\Gamma_1,\dots,\Gamma_m\) be disjoint slits in the unit disk \(\mathbb D\) (one of the end points of \(\Gamma_k\) is on the unit circle). Then there exists unique constants \(\lambda_1,\dots,\lambda_m\in (0,1)\) and unique continuous driving functions \(\xi_1,\dots,\xi_m:[0,L]\to \partial \mathbb D\) such that the solution of the Leowner equation \[ \dot{h}_t(z)=h_t(z)\sum_{k=1}^m\lambda_k\cdot\frac{\xi_k(t)+h_t(z)}{\xi_k(t)-h_t(z)},\;\;\; h_0(z)=z, \] generates the slits \(\Gamma_1,\dots,\Gamma_m\), i.e., \(h_L\) maps \(\mathbb D\setminus (\Gamma_1\cup\dots\cup\Gamma_m)\) conformally onto \(\mathbb D\). Here \(L\) (the logarithmic mapping radius) is a positive number uniquely determined by the configuration \(\mathbb D\setminus (\Gamma_1\cup\dots\cup\Gamma_m)\). In fact, the authors prove a more general result with \(\mathbb D\) replaced by the finitely connected domain \(\Omega=\mathbb D\setminus (C_1\cup\dots\cup C_N)\), where \(C_1,\dots,C_N\) are circular slits centered at the origin.
