A class of particular solutions of incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in an axi-symmetric domain \(D\) is obtained, when the vector product \([u, \mathrm{curl} (u)]\) is zero, where \(u\) is the velocity. A careful analysis is given for the space of solenoidal functions with the above property, based also on previous results of the authors. The Navier- Stokes equations are rewritten in terms of an auxiliary vector \(b\), given in terms of \(u\), whose circulation on any rectificable closed contour in \(D\) is zero. This property is expressed in terms of velocity. The obtained equation is solved by the Fourier separation method; the Bessel functions of first and second kind are used to get the velocity expression. The result is also related with the Stokes linearized system of equations.
