The authors of this interesting article obtain several theorems regarding the properties of locally generalized radical groups whose factor-groups by the \(k\)-hypercentre have finite section \(p\)-rank. They are able to prove that the \(k+1\)-term of the lower central series of such a group has also finite section \(p\)-rank. Moreover, they are able to establish a bound for it.
