The authors study singularities of smooth mappings \(\bar F\) of \(\mathbb{R}^{2n}\) into \(\mathbb{R}^{2n}\) endowed with a symplectic structure \(\omega\). This is done by considering their isotropic lifting to the corresponding symplectic tangent bundles. Theorem A provides a sufficient condition assuring smooth solvability of an isotropic mapping along a smooth mapping having a corank-\(k\) singularity at the origin. This is in terms of the tangential solvability condition. Flows of Hamiltonian vector fields associated to smoothly solvable isotropic mappings are studied in Theorem B under an additional hypothesis, the integral curves preserve the singular point set of \(\bar F\). In Theorem C, a Poisson structure on the space of all Hamiltonians associated to \(\bar F\) is introduced and investigated.
