Let \(M\) be a \(n\)-dimensional \((n>3)\) submanifold of the Euclidean space \(\mathbb{E}^{n+m}\) satisfying Chen's equality. Some results regarding the geometry of \(M\) are obtained under the supplementary condition of Weyl semisymmetry of \(M\).
