Let \(G\) be a connected Lie subgroup of \(F_4^*\), then \(G\) is a conjugate of the following: (1) a subgroup of \(\mathrm{Spin}(9)\), (2) a subgroup of the invariant subgroup of a boundary point of \(H^2(\mathrm{Cay})\), (3) \(\mathrm{SO}_0(m,1) \times Mm\), \(Mm \subseteq \mathrm{SO}(8 - m)\), \(2\le m\le 8\), (4) \(\mathrm{SO}_0(2,1)\cdot M\), \(M\subseteq G_2\), (5) \(\mathrm{SU}(2,1)\cdot M\), \(M\subseteq \mathrm{SU}(3)\), (6) \(\mathrm{Sp}(2,1)\cdot M\), \(M\subseteq \mathrm{Sp}(2)\), (7) \(F_4^*\).
