Let \(k\) be a positive integer. A \(k\)-arc in a projective plane is a set of \(k\) points no three of which are collinear and it is said to be complete if not properly contained in a \((k+1)\)-arc. The aim of this paper is to study some properties of \(k\)-arcs in Minkowski planes focalizing the attention on problems of existence and completeness.
