The author continues his study of surfaces having maximal length spectrum. These surfaces are very rare and the paper deals with the search of such surfaces. It is proved a conjecture made in another paper of the author [Duke Math. J. 84, No. 1, 199-215 (1996; reviewed above)], namely he shows that the modular torus has maximal length spectrum. The following conjecture is also proposed: ``the hexagonal lattice has maximal length spectrum for Euclidean tori''.
