    The Navier-Stokes equations \[ \frac{\partial v }{\partial t }+(v\cdot\nabla)v-\Delta v+\nabla p=f,\quad \text{div\,}v=0 \] are considered in \(Q_T=\Omega\times (0,T),\;\Omega\subset \mathbb R^3\). It is assumed that \[ v=0\quad \text{on } \Gamma\times [0,T],\quad \Gamma\subset\partial\Omega . \] The author gives a new compact proof of regularity of a suitable weak solution to the Navier-Stokes equations in a neighborhood of a point \(z_0=(x_0,t_0)\in\Gamma\times [0,T].\) The reviewed paper must be read simultaneously with the author's article [\textit{G. A. Seregin}, J. Math. Fluid Mech. 4, No. 1, 1--29 (2002; Zbl 0997.35044)] because some important details are not presented in the paper.
